Headwaters was founded by Tom Fuchs, who has more than 30 years of experience in the alcoholic beverage industry.  Tom has held executive management positions with quality companies, including President of:  Sonoma County wineries, National Wine & Spirit Importer, and a nationally recognized Brewery. 

Headwaters has an executive team of wine and spirit industry professionals with 20-30 years of service in sales, marketing and finance. This experience provides confidence to our clients, and establishes a solid corporate structure needed to understand and promote wine and spirits brands in the U.S. marketplace, effectively.
